We are seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our team This position will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with referral sources, as well as recruiting high-level prospects.
Job: Acquire & Maintain relationships to receive inbound leads and referrals for loans. Recruit Loan officers and Realtors. Manage Job postings for Loan Officers and Realtors. Learn and gain experience with client pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, traditional loans, non-QM lending, Hard money, Bank Statement products, Real Estate contracts, home inspections, escrow process, closings.
This is a remote position, which will require daily driving and meeting prospective referral sources at their office or other locations, educating referral sources on our product offerings and services to drive referrals. Ideal referrals sources will include: Banking loan officers, CPAs, Attorneys, Business Owners, Realtors. Recruiting will be for loan officers and Realtors.
Account Manager will be the primary contact for referral partners. They will be responsible for guiding referral's prospects through: Initial Conversation, matching with product, applying online, communicating documentation needed and assisting in collecting, set timeline expectations, and maintaining a pipeline of active and prospective clients.
Pay: Position includes a base pay of $31,200 (not negotiable) + monthly bonus/commission that is expected to be at least $3,000 monthly to be meeting minimum expectations to maintain employment. Medium and high level performing Account Managers will earn an additional $6,000 to $12,000 additional monthly compensation through bonus/commission structure.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities

Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
