Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of building and nurturing relationships with referral sources and attracting top-tier prospects.

  • Acquiring and maintaining relationships to receive inbound leads and referrals for loans
  • Recruiting Loan officers and Realtors
  • Managing Job postings for Loan Officers and Realtors
  • Guiding clients through various financial processes such as pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, traditional loans, non-QM lending, Hard money, etc.

This is a remote position that will involve regular visits to potential referral sources, educating them about our services and products to generate referrals. Suitable referral sources include Banking loan officers, CPAs, Attorneys, Business Owners, and Realtors. The Account Manager will also oversee the recruitment of loan officers and Realtors and act as the main point of contact for referral partners.

Pay: Base salary of $31,200 (non-negotiable) plus monthly bonus/commission.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently
