UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Quality Center Administrator with extensive automation and manual testing experience for a hybrid position in New York, NY. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 2 days onsite in New York, NY. Position: The Quality Center Administrator will develop re-design, and test reports and upgrades on the client’s time keeping system. WHAT WE OFFER: Our W2 employees can expect the following benefits: + Competitive pay + Health/Dental Insurance + Group Life Insurance + 401K + HSA/FSA + Pre-Tax Transportation Program + Generous Paid Time Off/Holiday Policy MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field. + Strong client-side manual and automation testing skills required. + Skilled in SQL and database testing. + Experience writing QTP scripts in Keyword driven Framework + Experience in Descriptive programming + Experience testing reports, preferably Cognos + Experience in VB Scrpting + Expertise in Quality Center administration and customization of projects. + Experience in HP Quality Center and IBM Rational ClearQuest integration. + Experience in creating scripts with Quality Center API for bulk data manipulation. + Ability to work in a highly Agile environment and work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time. + Sound knowledge of Test Management in Quality Center from Creation of Requirement’s, Creation of Test Cases in Test Plan, Setting up Test Lab with Regression suite for build/release regression, Defect Management, and development of QC reports. + Knowledge of the City of New York timekeeping. SCOPE OF SERVICES: + Develop automated QTP scripts using Keyword Driven Framework and Descriptive programming. + Create functions, keywords, and actions in VB Scripting for new features and enhancements. + Perform test data management including identifying the data requirements to prepare and maintain data. + Develop and maintain in-house tools to automate the test data setup. + Coordinate with cross functional teams (Java/wmb/mainframe/DBAs) to get the tasks done. + Perform Test Tools upgrades and infrastructure upgrade testing. + Create test plans for any new product releases and infrastructure upgrades. + Re-design reports. + Test improvements on the client’s system to client’s time keeping system Download process. + Perform the client’s time keeping system Blaze Decision Tree upgrade and testing. + Test Formbuilder Framework Removal Phases 5 and 6. + Perform datamining for client’s time keeping system Automation Framework. + Re-design and test Cognos Reports. + Build out test scenarios and automation scripts.
