With its Corporate Headquarters located in Central Florida, DSI Management, LLC specializes in the management of communities for the elderly, residential and community training programs for the developmentally disabled, and a full range of healthcare services to individuals in their homes. As a member of our staff, you will be providing vital administrative support to one of our many partners throughout Florida. Facility Name and Address: DSI Management 1890 State Road 436 32792 - Winter Park Purpose: This position will be responsible for recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets, calculating depreciation, performing accounting for disposition of fixed assets and fixed asset retirement. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed assets related analysis and produce ad hoc reports as requested. Provide reports and assist with property tax returns. Back up preparation of property tax reports as needed. Assist in the preparation of sales tax, payroll tax, and workers compensation reports and filing. Responsible for preparation of Capital budget. Assist in overall budget preparation as needed. Prepare and input journal entries. Assist in the preparation of profit loss statements, account analysis, and variance analysis. Required Qualifications: B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance with concentration in Accounting plus two (2) years of Accounting experience with emphasis in Fixed Assets and utilizing Fixed Asset software. Preferred Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
