Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager for a large international manufacturing company in the Lansing, MI area. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to determine areas of inefficiency and recommend solutions
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant quality standards
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Manage quality control processes and procedures
  • Oversee project management related to quality initiatives

Experience:

  • minimum 5 yrs. experience in quality management, quality control, and quality assurance required
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and hot-stamping required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC principles, and quality inspection techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and other industry-specific quality standards
  • Excellent project management skills to lead quality-related projects
