Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine checks, tests, and inspections of materials, goods in process, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Report results to the Quality Manager and take necessary action to address any quality issues.
  • Perform inspections for suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Determine the disposition of nonconforming material and record information in our quality management system.
  • Use proper gauges and equipment to perform evaluations of products.
  • Perform daily line audits and product audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record results of audits and provide feedback to the Quality Manager and production team.
  • Participate in ISO 16949 and A2LA audits and proficiency testing to ensure our quality management system is compliant.
  • Participate in Gage R&R studies and equipment verification to ensure our equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
Requirements
  • High school or technical education required.
  • 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 16949 standards preferred.
