Location We are located at 414 Haverhill Street, in Rowley, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings and preventative care for infants through adults. This office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. General Overview We are seeking a full time Patient Service Representative to support our call volume, fielding approximately 70 inbound calls per day and approximately 10 outbound calls per day. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering questions, providing patient follow up, and troubleshooting problems. The goal: ensure that our callers receive timely, efficient, and high-quality service. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient settingQualifications: Qualifications Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Patient Service Representative role is the opportunity for you.
