Sales Representative

About the Role:

Maffei Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our business by cultivating positive relationships with customers and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in home services (HVAC and/or plumbing preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of success in closing sales and meeting revenue targets
• Strong sense of professionalism and determination to exceed sales goals
• High integrity and great work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, their components, and their functionality
