Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team at MCR Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients who utilize our Patient Nutrition Management System, HealthTouch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to client sites to install and configure HealthTouch systems
  • Provide on-site operations training to clients
  • Deliver training via phone and web-based conferencing
  • Offer comprehensive phone support with remote access capabilities
  • Perform advanced hardware configuration and replacement
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, including server environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Ability to travel approximately one week per month
  • Knowledge of hospital diet office procedures and/or HL7 language is a significant asset
