This position is involved in the assessment, design, and implementation of quality assurance and accreditation management systems that meet international collegiate business school standards, such as AACSB and EQUIS.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Perform a client needs assessment through activities that include intake conversations with internal and external stakeholders and a thorough review of client materials related to quality assurance management systems, goals for international accreditation, and goals for institutional effectiveness.

Provide facilitation and consulting to client for the design, development and implementation of:

  • Accountability management systems that establish links between strategic plans, operational plans, individual performance plans, and KPIs to enhance institutional effectiveness.
  • A comprehensive process for the assessment of the effectiveness of client policies.
  • Systems for the effectiveness and efficiency of councils and committees to enhance their performance.
  • Quality assurance and accreditation policies and practices, in particular, by identifying areas for improvement and recommending steps for implementing those improvements.
  • Enhancing the quality of its application submissions for international collegiate business school accreditation at the program and institutional levels.


Identify gaps between the quality assurance mindset and practices the client wants to instill in it and throughout the organization and the client's internal stakeholders' disposition, and facilitate processes to remedy the gaps.

Collaborate with Babson Global and client stakeholders as needed to provide necessary services, at times working independently and at times providing guidance and facilitation for client and Babson Global decision-making and action-steps.

Assume additional responsibilities as appropriate.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

Master's degree in related field

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a higher education setting.

Deep understanding of, and experience with, the institutional research function and quality assurance management systems for international collegiate schools of business.

Deep understanding of quality assurance accreditation standards and criteria (e.g. NECHE, AACSB, and Equis) for international collegiate schools of business, and the ability to apply this understanding as appropriate within the context of client needs.

Previous experience successfully working with international collegiate partners.

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and collaborate with senior faculty and administration from Babson College and Babson Global client organizations.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, pivoting back and forth as needed and as appropriate.

Demonstrated ability to be flexible in changing conditions, adopt new approaches as needed to meet client needs.

Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that embody ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.

Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK

This position will work for a three-month period to be determined by the CEO of Babson Global.

Ability to travel internationally.
