Manage and monitor operations to achieve high customer service goals by providing on-time delivery, controlling product lead times, and responding to customer requests. Serve as the main point of contact for high-volume customer accounts, eliminating constraints, meeting objectives, and maintaining excellent relationships. Plan, analyze, and compare the cost of services; update, trace, and track the status of shipments for select suppliers and logistics service providers (LSPs). Report performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function. Develop performance metrics to manage and evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration models. High school diploma/GED required 5+ years of logistics and transportation industry-related experience required Excellent communication and problem solving skills Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent computer and database management skills Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Physical Demands: Requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.
