JOB SUMMARY The Senior Content & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IGK team across all areas of the business, including project management, travel, scheduling, handling all product request needs, and general cross-functional team support. This role requires collaboration with numerous departments, including Brand Marketing, Social, Product Development, Creative, Brand Founders, and digital agencies. The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, a passion for beauty, and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Project Coordination & Communication: Coordinates/project manages all video and photo shoot needs, including all product orders, catering, packing and processing shipments, materials, and tracking all elements/details of the shoot. Acts as the liaison between photographers, videographers, creative teams, and marketing departments, ensuring all assets are obtained promptly and in line with project timelines. Fulfills all Marketing product requests. Supports the Senior Content Manager in all needs for photo and video shoots. Assists in model casting and securing model logistics. Project manages email scheduling and communicates timelines to the rest of the team to ensure on-time delivery. Copywriting Support: Confidently writes brand copy in support of the overall business. Proofreads materials, including but not limited to, website, emails, and all creative materials. Supports responses to IGK Press inquiries from influencers, stylists, and other brands for potential partnerships. Logistics & Event Planning: Overall logistics lead for offsite/convention style events. Supports meeting organization, meeting notes, Brand AMEX receipt reimbursement, and account management for all IGK online accounts. Schedules and coordinates meetings for Senior leadership and provides offsite communication to department stakeholders. Administrative Support: Supports the IGK team across all areas of the business with administrative support. Manages product ordering needs for the brand and department’s product inventory. Maintains an organized file system for the IGK team in Dropbox. Supports processing of all invoices with accounts payable and follows up with vendors on any payment questions. Responsible for founders’ travel and meetings, communicating all needs clearly and timely. Flexibility to handle in-the-moment requests to support the IGK business, founders, and team within the Miami area. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required plus 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or fashion. Miami based. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills: able to handle multiple priorities. Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be “hands-on” and involved with the details. Extremely organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment. Self-motivated: able to work independently and within teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to create high-impact presentations. Proficiency in Keynote and InDesign a plus. A passion, curiosity, and interest for beauty, fashion, and pop culture. Elevated aesthetic is critical. #J-18808-Ljbffr
