Physical receivals of incoming packages (primary to answer the door) Receiving Inspection, scan pack-slips, properly organize scans and document as per standard operation procedure. Assist with Advanced Inspection/delivery to requestor Customer deliveries Supplier Returns/Shipping Manage, organize and prepare outgoing shipments Inventory Counts; Assist in managing inventory in office & shop Inventory organization/Kitting Other duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Minimum 1 year post secondary education Attention to detail a must. Introductory coursework in Finance and Accounting and/or previous work experience Must be able to tape, weigh, and lift packages up to 30 pounds. Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills Strong computer skills to include heavy work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Professional demeanor. An attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our company culture is a must. Experience using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other courier services. General knowledge/interest of engineering, chemistry or optics a plus. A "can-do", positive attitude. Adaptable. Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing, high growth environment.
