IT Business Analyst/Power BI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst/Power BI Specialist to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify analytics and reporting requirements, deliver BI dashboards, and coordinate with data engineers to ensure business needs are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, data acquisition, and Power BI dashboard creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and refine analytics and reporting requirements with stakeholders.
- Deliver BI dashboards per specified requirements.
- Prepare requirements specifications and technical design documents.
- Coordinate with data engineers and analytics teams to meet business needs.
- Conduct quality control using Azure DevOps test plans under the Product Manager’s direction.
- Support the CDO IT team in operational and project-based tasks.
- Assist with UAT training, document test scripts, and create data migration plans.
- Provide Power BI training and support to teams.
- Ensure executive-level polish and refinement in reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analysis and dashboard creation with stakeholder input.
- Proficient in data acquisition and Power BI dashboard development.
- Strong documentation and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
- Attention to detail in executive-level reporting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
