As part of the Development Services team, the Technology Process Analyst enables software development projects to run smoothly with a focus on tooling, processes and people. The individual in this role documents our current Technology processes and supports efforts to align tools and processes with required practices and controls. A successful candidate will be able to create relationships across office locations and be willing to tackle learning new technology/tools.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and create documentation around SDLC and Change Management processes and controls implementation

• Support tool migration efforts by the Developer Experience organization as required for alignment to SLDC target operating model.

• Gather and refine metrics for SDLC and Change Management processes

• Assist with day-to-day administration of Development Services tools, including answering user questions and troubleshooting


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year degree or equivalent field and/or comparable work experience

• 2-4 years as a business/systems analyst, project coordinator, or other relevant experience in a process-driven environment

• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with individuals across the organization.

• Comfortable driving discussions between technical and non-technical process owners

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, web-based applications

• Understanding of software development processes and workflows

• Experience creating tool templates and standardizing processes, a plus

• Familiarity with Atlassian products; administration, a plus
