Position Summary: The Senior Total Rewards Representative will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and administration of our comprehensive total rewards programs. This position requires advanced expertise in compensation, including salary structures, incentive plans, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation principles and practices and be able to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Compensation Strategy & Analysis:

o Develop and manage compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and incentive plans.

o Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

o Design and implement salary structures and pay grades.

o Provide strategic recommendations on compensation adjustments and policy changes.

•Total Rewards Program Management:

o Oversee the administration of the total rewards program, including benefits, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

o Collaborate with benefits specialists to ensure comprehensive and competitive benefits offerings.

o Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and promotions.

•Compliance & Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

o Prepare and analyze compensation reports and dashboards for senior management.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in HRIS systems.

•Employee Communication & Support:

o Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.

o Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees about total rewards.

o Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

•Special Projects:

o Lead or participate in special projects related to total rewards and compensation.

o Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve total rewards programs.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
•A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compensation and total rewards, with at least 3 years in a senior or advanced compensation role.
•Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or equivalent certification preferred.
•Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, including job evaluation, salary surveys, and market analysis.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
•Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
