Location: Wilmington, KY, US Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints within a 24 to 48 hour turnaround via email or phone. Manage all Tower Crane freight quotes, orders, and freight; participate in weekly calls with the factory. Manage Tower Crane dealer portfolio; oversee all aspects of their orders from start to finish, which would include backorders. Resolve complaints or escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working in a sales support or customer service role. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated job knowledge and experience within the heavy equipment industry. Bi-lingual language skills a plus - Preference for Italian or Spanish speakers. 1 year experience with Oracle-based ERP. Experience working within a specialized call center for a strong orientation for prompt accurate response. Patience and persistence in service of the customer and the ability to work under pressure. Must be able to provide accurate and fast responses to customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside-the-box. Ability to write and communicate professionally with both customers and co-workers. Able to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, and Excel programs. Demonstrated ability to work closely in a team environment with managers and co-workers. Strong ability to work independently with very little supervision. Strong time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to work across 3 different time zones. Needs to be able to work longer hours if necessary. Please note:
