We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Classroom Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our classroom, ensuring the well-being and safety of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Assist with Student Care**: Provide support with basic care tasks, such as dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene, to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students.
  • **Promote Social Development**: Support the social development of our students by teaching manners, encouraging teamwork, and fostering social and emotional skills.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience working with children is preferred.
  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain physical stamina for standing, bending, and occasional running.
  • **Certifications**: Obtain CPR/First Aid, SIDS, and Fire Safety certifications within 60 days of employment.

**Working Hours**: Flexible shifts between 7 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
