Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales agent with a minimum of five years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in selling to small business owners in the Midland, Texas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting Leads: Identify and research potential leads within the target market.
- Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients and establish rapport.
- Decision Maker Identification: Drill down to identify and engage with the primary decision makers within the prospective client's organization.
- Sales Demonstration: Conduct thorough demonstrations of our software service, showcasing its benefits and features tailored to the client's needs.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing the deal.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with client's post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales in an executive space.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, terminology, and techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Feedback Reception: Open to feedback and coaching to continuously improve performance.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in managing sales processes and client information.
- Problem Solving: Creative and resourceful in overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Located in or around Midland, Texas.
