Enwork is looking for an experienced Machinist to operate HAAS Metal vertical milling machines for production.

Responsibilities:

•Manufacture product in a team environment to fulfill customer requirements.

•Ability to create programs to manufacture parts per blueprints/drawings.

•Ability to make fixtures when necessary.

•Performs routine preventative maintenance of machines when necessary.

•Troubleshoots equipment

•Ensures proper machine setup and accurate interpretation of prints and specifications to produce products correctly.

Requirements

Requirements:

•Ability to operate different metal manufacturing machines (e.g., HAAS, Emmegi)

•Prior machining and programming experience.

•Program out of CAD, Autodesk Fusion.

•Experience in set up, tooling, and calibration and running of CNC machines .

•Ability to Select proper fixture and tools for machining

•Quality craftsmanship with a good eye for detail including inspection of finished components.

•Ability to read and interpret engineering prints.

•Exceptional problem solving skills.

•Teamwork mentality to drive continuous improvement.

•Maintaining a clean and efficient area.

•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

•Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout the entire shift.
