Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Milling Machines: Efficiently operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Documentation and Inspection: Complete all necessary documentation, including job travelers, operator check sheets, and inspection reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to meet manufacturing goals and maintain effective communication.
  • Quality Control: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Reading Blueprints: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Measuring Tools: Skilled in utilizing various measuring tools for precision work.
  • CNC Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience operating CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers.
