Position Details:

Job Responsibilities:

Staffing Transactions

Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to carry out excellent patient care.
Lead full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing, qualifying, negotiation, submission, offer presentation, closing, compliance, and consistent relationship maintenance.
Consistently identify and recruit top healthcare talent for nationwide job opportunities, while also determining unspoken needs using a consultative sales approach.
Maintain an open line of communication with the active nurse staff with appropriate follow-up, biweekly basis at minimum. Uncover nurses' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions to maintain retention-focused relationships.
Seeking out opportunities to bring in new clients to grow the business.

Operations

Manage and maintain an up-to-date Task list in Mobilize daily; tasks and notes are to include detailed information in the event your desk needs to be covered by a peer.
Meet or exceed desk metrics and key performance indicators based on tenure goals: average weekly sales, average weekly active candidates.
Monitor market trends, and be able to analyze the market, orders, inventory, etc.
Building relationships throughout corporate departments and branches

Miscellaneous

Assist THP Payroll and Credentialing to resolve issues.
Cross train to cover other duties/desks as assigned.
Actively participate in training and continuing education modules.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and/or Qualifications:

A high school degree or equivalent and at least one year of related staffing, human resources, or similar experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of basic nursing and medical terminology.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful conditions
