We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team 

Description:

As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients.  This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate and communicate to individuals at all levels.  This role will not only manage the administrative processes of the selection and  hiring process. You will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grass roots initiatives, networking, and field events. This will require site visits and moderate travel within and around your immediate market.


Responsibilities: 

·Conduct staffing and recruiting processes to attract and retain a pool of qualified candidates 

·Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for nonexempt light industrial roles 

·Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliance is met

·Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community) 

·Ability to work in a fast- paced environment 

·Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. 

·Responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolving problems, participating in meetings and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction. 

·Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing 

·Relationship management to include handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations. 

·Ability to work independently, take initiative, and troubleshoot situations that may arise. 

 

Requirements: 

·2 plus years recent high volume, fast paced recruiting experience, along with ATS and systems knowledge

·Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines. 

·Extreme sense of urgency 

·Highly detailed Oriented 

·Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices 

·Excellent customer service delivery 

·Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

·Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast- paced setting

·Customer and Associate experience comes first attitude

·Ability to collaborate effectively with others/ team player

·Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner

·Flexibility to be onsite with our customers, in office setting where applicable , and working within the community.
