Customer Service Representative - Level II Hiring Urgently Offering a $200 sign on Bonus Monday - Friday 8a-5p, On-Site ON-SITE: St. Charles, MO What can Propper offer you? This Customer Service Representative - Level II position hourly wages start at $20.00/hr plus the opportunity to earn yearly bonuses . What does a typical day as Customer Service Representative look like? While no two days look the same, our main focus is simple, the customer experience. From the moment of the first "Hello" to the very last "Have a nice Day", Propper strives to create and maintain a superior customer experience. The majority of the day will be spent tending to customer's questions regarding our products, services, pricing and shipping. You will learn to utilize multiple platforms, portals and software to enhance your efficiency for order entry, gathering customer information, product information and researching when issues arise. There will be times you will be researching billing errors and tracking packages. While building long term customer relationships will be your focus, Propper also encourages you to build internal working relationships throughout the company. So you have the best of both worlds; to work individually and work in a team environment with other customer service representatives as well as working with other departments such as marketing, merchandising and IT and many more departments.
