We are currently seeking a Scheduling Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to support our operations.

The Retail Service Representative will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both our delivery partners and clients. This position involves direct communication with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Address homeowner installation requests and inquiries promptly.


• Engage directly with homeowners, providing a customer-centric experience.


• Coordinate installation schedules with homeowners.


• Execute administrative tasks related to sales and service operations.


• Manage incoming calls, assess the nature of inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate resources.


• Organize and maintain correspondence, forms, records, and reports according to established filing systems.


• Retrieve specific data from records and files as needed.


• Record entries in accounting books, ledgers, or other logs.


• Perform routine typing and word processing tasks, including lists and form letters.


• Oversee mailing, copying, and other administrative projects.


• Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies and promotional materials.


• Work under regular supervision, adhering to well-defined instructions and procedures while exercising judgment when necessary.


• Participate as a member of departmental project teams and handle routine special requests.


• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Renewal by Andersen products, services, and departmental functions.

Qualifications:


• High School diploma or equivalent is required.


• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service is preferred.


• Proficiency in basic word processing and spreadsheet applications.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
