RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Provides support to the Compliance Department which includes the following:

  • Assigned compliance and quality assurance projects.
  • Participates in assigned committees and workgroups.
  • Provides daily support for the provider/vendor credentialing and criminal background check reviews.
  • Provide support regarding complaints, grievances, incident reports, and investigations.
  • Completes required participant, employee, and other stakeholder phone calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Assists with data integrity reporting and ensures follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolution of data integrity issues.
  • Maintains and updates compliance procedures and resources.
  • Assists with internal and external audits, readiness reviews, and other contract requirements.
  • Analysis of current operations, data, and files for compliance with contracts, business rules, and legal matters.
  • Assists in the planning of Compliance training and presentations.
  • Prepares materials that promote and communicate Compliance internally and externally
  • Assists staff with questions regarding Compliance
  • Develops and maintains Compliance databases/spreadsheets and reports
  • Maintains strict adherence to confidentiality and other applicable legal and contract requirements
  • Assists and collaborates with staff as necessary to enhance the overall success of the department and organization.
  • Administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, etc.
  • Upholds company values and mission.
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED

Associates Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, excel, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
