POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Lead will lead the marketing team in areas including graphic design, content marketing, website management, media relations, digital marketing, social media, advertising and events. The Marketing Manager is responsible for oversite and coordinating Ressler-sponsored community events, meeting with community representatives seeking Ressler support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain communications between customers, vendors, community representatives, employees, franchises, and owners with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Develop and deliver marketing programs to support long-term growth.
  • Collect and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns to suggest promotions and ideas to promote the dealership and programs or products to increase lead generation.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of customer markets, including market share, customer satisfaction, perceptions and technology trends.
  • Responsible for digital marketing to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Research, develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase marketing effectiveness.
  • Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization, social marketing, and viral marketing to create inbound demand responses.
  • Promote all departments of the dealership through the creation and coordination of advertising campaigns via a variety of media such as newspaper, radio, online platforms, e-mail, television, and social media and other marketing opportunities including event and community sponsorships and volunteering opportunities.
  • Oversee the Ressler brands to insure they are relevant and consistent throughout the organization.
  • Oversee, manage, and maximize the Marketing Department budget and co-op budgets and submit reimbursement requests to franchisors monthly.
  • Manage regular or reoccurring donations given to charity organizations and individuals staying within the budget provided by General Managers and/or Owners.
  • Research, sponsor and coordinate community and dealership events to produce positive exposure for the dealership, build partnerships, and generate goodwill in the community.
  • Develop and maintain an annual marketing and event calendar.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Ressler sponsored events.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as directed by General Managers and Owners.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years' experience in Marketing/Advertising.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Marketing, Business, or Communications degree preferred.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and graphics programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is required.
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record required.
