Position Summary
The primary purpose of this IT Senior Production Support Specialist is to provide Level II support for the Pharmacy script filling system. Additional responsibilities include assisting Pharmacy Ops, Rx Call Center, and Rx Application Vendors as required.
* Store call trend analysis
* Identification and write-ups associated to store workarounds and diagnostics
* Quality Assurance and Data Integrity of Prescription data/files.
* Business Support by assisting other departments with issues/questions related to prescription data/files
Required Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience with RxConnect.
* 1+ years of experience working with of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrate understanding of the Pharmacy operations, prescription workflow, drugs & clinical data/terminology.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Must be self-directed with excellent follow up and organization skills.
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency and be detail oriented.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $37.02
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
