Coach every associate to create a culture of consultative selling and total solutions while focused on the customer's needs Support the services team through qualifying lead generation opportunities Drive profitable sales and service Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., operational tasks)Essential skills and experience: Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs Previous experience managing others in a retail environment 1+ year experience selling products or services Ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10 - 50 pound range, stand and walk continuouslyPreferred skills and experience: Key holder experience within a retail environmentStaples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.About UsThe world of working and learning has changed.
