Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for multitasking? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and take on a variety of key responsibilities in finance support using QuickBooks. From creating accounts receivable invoices to managing sales and use tax filings across multiple states, your expertise will play a vital role in our operations.

In addition to day-to-day tasks, you will have the opportunity to prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile accounts, and support external audit requests. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial reports will be essential in this role. Collaboration with the Corporate finance team on strategic business initiatives will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with proficiency in Advanced Level Excel and ERP systems. Manufacturing experience is a must. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
