As our Payroll Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: Managing the exempt employee bi-weekly payroll Reviewing Quarterly and Annual tax information with ADP Working closely with HR and our parent company with reporting as needed Owning the EDCP and HSA process Owning the payroll process for Canadian employees including preparing journal entries for entry Creating and uploading Intercompany payroll expense into Oracle Assisting with the integration of acquisitions What we will love about your background: Advanced knowledge of payroll and tax laws 5+ years working in a fast paced multi-state payroll environment Basic accounting knowledge Your Experience and Education include: High School Diploma required FCP or CPP a plus Who you are as a Team Member: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
