In this role you will support our CRM solution (Salesforce) and similar global business intelligence activities for Philips Integrated Therapy Devices (IGT-D). You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, with the goal of streamlining and improving business processes for end users. You will perform activities for Commercial Operations and provide the field sales organization with timely and accurate analysis and support.

Your role:
  • Assists in the configuration and implementation of business processes in Salesforce while adhering to best practice.
  • Analyze, understand and translate business needs into technical configurations.
  • Provide tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalation of all incoming user issues and enhancement requests.
  • Communicate regularly with users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality to increase and retain adoption.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for various internal stakeholders.
  • Understand data structure of Salesforce and other available data source.
You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 3+ years demonstrated strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills, hands-on application configuration and development experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce integration experience and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Your skills include being a Certified Salesforce Administrator required, Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related OR equivalent experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an expert at customer service skills, problem solving, data analysis, multi-tasking with a high commitment to accuracy and quality.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $136,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
