Job Store Staffing is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Expert for our client in South Colorado Springs, CO. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Location: South Colorado Springs, 80906

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $24-26/hour

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

  • At least two years of Customer Service/Sales Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in coordinating travel and organizing events is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information when possible, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Respond to customer requests for standard quotations and literature, and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Assist sales team by relaying important messages, identifying potential leads, and coordinating meetings.
  • Enter quotes, opportunities, and updates into SalesForce. Manage sales orders from receipt through completion, including order acknowledgments, delivery notifications, and addressing discrepancies.
  • Manage the purchasing process for distributed goods, including determining quantities, placing purchase orders, and verifying vendor invoices.
  • Assist the management and sales team with compiling reports and gathering necessary information.
  • Organize trade shows, manage logistics, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales department, CEO, and international visitors.
  • Assist with urgent shipping, receiving, and forklift deliveries as needed.
