While overseeing the operations of
ECS Transportation Group , the Dispatch Manager plays a key role in executing the daily service required for clients. The Dispatch Manager is directly responsible for organizing, communicating, implementing, and operationalizing service needs, ensuring safe and successful results for the client.
Job Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service ability.
Creating and maintaining dispatchers' schedule.
Managing dispatch operations efficiently.
Hiring and training chauffeurs and dispatch staff.
Ensuring driver compliance with attendance, punctuality, route adherence, dress code, and paperwork requirements.
Assisting in planning routes, vehicle staging, and all transportation aspects based on client requests.
Implementing client directives and manifest requirements, training the team accordingly.
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to incidents involving clients, customers, and employees.
Strong computer and organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Completing necessary administrative functions.
Being available to respond to emergencies outside regular schedules.
Having a CDL License with Passenger endorsement (a plus).
