We are hiring a Transportation Specialist for our growing team The Transportation Specialist will primarily be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations and help to serve male client needs by providing transportation to treatment. Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to the appropriate destination. Ensure route is started with proper equipment tools, i.e., route logs, cell phone, keys, etc. Follow route as scheduled while allowing for potential stops and various pickups. Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times. Conduct job within the limits of the law and all best-practice safety procedures. Follow all documentation requirements. Keep route information, sequencing, and all documentation up to date. Attendance and punctuality to daily job tasks, meetings, and training sessions. Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned. Properly care for and maintain company equipment including scanners, telephones, vehicles, etc. Communicate any deficiencies with equipment to supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Experience and Education Needed:

High school diploma or GED. Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the workday. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely. Good communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and to stay on schedule. Problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills. Ability to complete and submit reports. Strong ability to work as a productive member of a team. Other Qualifications to be Considered:

Substance abuse experience preferred. Appropriate State and Federal Clearances. Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
