As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing specialized warehouse functions, including loading, unloading, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. Your responsibilities may also extend to operating forklifts and performing tasks across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transporting goods.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of materials to and from designated storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and organization.
  • Implement protective measures to safeguard items during transport, including bracing and padding.
  • Conduct stock verification against physical counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and encouraging compliance among peers.
  • Process orders and supply materials to installers and subcontractors as needed.
  • Operate vehicles to pick up stock or deliver materials, as well as utilize forklifts and other machinery to complete tasks.
  • Follow established procedures and seek guidance from supervisors for non-routine issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with machinery and tools.
  • Experience operating forklifts.

Work Environment:
