Collaborate with property managers and asset managers to resolve accounting issues. Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in property accounting or a related field. (Internship experience will be considered) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Experience with property management software and accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills Experience with commercial real estate accounting. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Experience with audit preparation and review.
