CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCIThis job is located at: Hurlburt FieldJob description:Senior ISR Training Specialist at Hurlburt AFB, FL. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command A2's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide formal training for personnel assigned to support Air Operations Center.Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.Training topics shall include ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.Required Qualifications:Certified as IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR collection platforms/weapon systems.Graduate of AOC Course.Desired Qualifications:Experience and Certification as an AOC FTU instructorExperience with synthetic ISR scenario design and associated tools and softwareExperience supporting the ACC ISR enterpriseWhy work for QSL?Our founders, Mel Wick and Bill Cronin, retired from storied careers in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community.
