Job Summary

Miracle Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Defense Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Air Operations Center Replication Cell, you will be responsible for executing theater air and missile defense operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all theater C2 assets, with some exceptions, and theater defense operations.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including WOCs, Air Battle Managers, BCD, TMDO, ADA liaison, SOLE, NALE, and MARLE personnel.
  • Recommend changes in the air defense status, in coordination with the Theater Missile Defense Officer (TMDO) and the BCD.
  • Oversee the execution/notification of theater ballistic missile warning and response.
  • Maintain situational awareness of the enemy air/ground threat.
  • Assess available fighter and air defense missile assets, and coordinate as necessary to obtain sufficient air defense resources.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
  • NAF-level experience required, AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience desired.
  • 3 years as AOC SADO, SADO Mentor or Instructor.
  • 3 Years R/SADC level team leader experience.
  • Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises as SADO or SADO Mentor.
  • 3 Years understanding of the Area Air Defense Plan, form, functions, and planning methodology.
  • 3 Years in-depth, current knowledge of TBMCS or ICC planning and execution applications.
  • In-depth understanding of current Integrated Air and Missile Defense doctrine and TTPs.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro required.
