Role Overview
The Inside Channel Account Manager, covering a region within North America, will work in tandem with peer Field Sales teams, and Partners within the assigned territory, to drive incremental business and net new logos.
Recruit and actively manage Partners that meet Partner Program criteria
Respond to Partner applications that come through the Secureworks website
Qualify/Disqualify based on pre-determined criteria
Maintain mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal sales certification
Drive sales and technical enablement activities with Partners, primarily through on-demand tools and assets on the Partner Portal
Track Partner progress through KPI reporting
Participate in weekly regional sales and channel sales team meetings
Work with Secureworks salespeople to identify prospective target Partners
Coordinate customer-facing events/programs with Partners to develop leads and pipeline; report on event lead output
Host QBRs with key revenue-producing Partners
Required Skills / Experience
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Sales Development, Channel, Partner, Distribution Management)
Minimum of 1 year of cyber security experience
Knowledge of how to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce
Strong written and verbal communication skill
