For the second year in a row, Sabio Systems has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the Top 50 Best Professional Recruiting Firms in America This year we climbed a couple of spots to #48 in the country (link removed) Position: Front Desk Administrator Location: Medical Center Eye Clinic - Albuquerque, NM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire/ 30 34 hours per week Responsibilities for the Front Desk Administrator: As a Front Desk Administrator at Medical Center Eye Clinic, your key responsibilities will include: Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments. Greeting Patients: Welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and a smooth check-in process. Patient Information Management: Create, update, and verify patient and insurance information in the clinic's computer system. Payment Collection: Collect payments from patients, explain payment policies, and assist with billing and collections processes. Dispensing Contacts: Assist patients with the selection and dispensing of contact lenses. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling to optimize clinic operations. Supply Management: Keep the front desk area stocked with necessary supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Triage Forms: Complete triage forms as required, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with clinical staff. Qualifications for the Front Desk Administrator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
