Front Desk Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries, and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, and dining directions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts.
- Any and all other work required.
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Front Desk experience preferred, but will train.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
