Job Summary: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Manager to oversee and expand our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce platform, driving online sales growth, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using analytics tools to optimize the online shopping experience and improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee the product photography and description process to ensure high-quality, accurate, and engaging product listings.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and e-commerce platform providers.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the e-commerce site remains competitive and innovative.
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce staff.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
