Responsibilities: The Operations Supervisor manages all activities in the warehouse. They establish and maintain operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipment verifications and maintaining current warehouse inventory. Warehouse employees report to the Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor assists with interviewing, hiring candidates, training new employees, scheduling, and ensuring warehouse associates adhere to safety protocols. They are responsible for reviews and disciplinary actions as necessary. The Operations Supervisor ensures equipment and products in the showroom and warehouse are in good condition, inspects, and schedules repairs as needed. They operate mechanical equipment as required. Oversees and assists with receiving product and customer pickups, including processing all necessary paperwork. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education:

Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED. Experience:

Three months related experience. Physical Demands:

High physical demands may be required. The employee is regularly required to stand for sustained periods, lift, push, and pull up to 150 pounds individually and up to 300 pounds as a team. Occasionally ascend and descend ladders and stairs in a safe manner. May be required to work safely from heights when necessary. Adhere to safe lifting techniques, follow proper training for job hazards and ergonomic risk factors, participate in the departmental stretching program, and maintain a safe working environment.
