Analysts are accountable for accurate and timely reporting of client data, including providing analysis and recommendations based on relevant findings to drive the decision-making process and support business operations. Additionally, Analysts support the client engagement administratively in maintaining client data, preventing avoidable billing issues, and acting on behalf of the client in resolving Customer level escalations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting:•Compile and analyze data for external client dashboards, status updates, account reviews, and SLA monitoring, highlighting trends and opportunities for client discussion.•Draft client facing presentations in support of account management teams inclusive of dashboards, status reports, and account reviews.•Compile and report data for monitoring of internal execution as per client critical to quality (CTQs) and pain points.Client Support:•Work with Account Managers/Directors to continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their business, goals, strategies and challenges and to propose effective solutions to meet them.•Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items as requested.•Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting and other support teams to create client ready responses to service escalations.•Support client team's daily tasks including managing group email account, responding to ad hoc requests, and manage data to ensure alignment between company and client systems Support client's HR and recruiting teams through Cartus Online training, cost estimate requests, and reporting needs.Billing Support:•Monitor unbilled to resolve issues and provide timely and accurate billing to clients.•Research and resolve client invoice inquiries and disputes and provide client ready responses. •Research, complete, and obtain necessary approvals and signatures for revenue adjustments/voids. •Maintain Billing Matrix as required.•Monitor receivables and support Account Management's efforts in driving timely client payment.Management Support:•Provide desk coverage for Account Managers and client team members while on business travel, vacation, etc.•Support manager with client policy maintenance and recommending policy revisions as appropriate.•Support manager by drafting updates to client authored documents such as policy handbooks, flyers, authorizations forms (include Online Authorization), and policy matrices.QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred•2+ years of related business experience (client services and/or financial operations) required•Proficiency with data analysis (Excel, Cognos required)DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:•Execution: Demonstrates mastery of job related knowledge and understanding of the components of the relocation life cycle.
