Responsibilities:

Provide project management support to ensure the timely and successful delivery of talent acquisition projects. Optimize processes to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition framework. Work collaboratively with teams across various departments to execute projects seamlessly. Manage documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records and support decision-making processes. Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and to gather necessary support and resources.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Human Resources (HR). Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach. Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and project outcomes. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams and stakeholders. Highly organized and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master in business administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MS) preferred. Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.
