Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Direct all financial operations, including reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget formulation.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and enforce internal control measures to protect financial activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and investment initiatives; deliver comprehensive financial analyses for capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract discussions.
  • Revenue Cycle Oversight: Supervise the Revenue Cycle Management process, including collaboration with external partners.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the preparation of financial statements, activity reports, forecasts, and annual budgets; maintain compliance with GAAP and healthcare financial standards.
  • Strategic Financial Advisory: Provide insights to senior leadership regarding financial goals and policies, encompassing both short- and long-term financial strategies.
  • Audit Support: Work alongside external auditors to supply necessary documentation for annual audits.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare billing processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare finance and revenue cycle management
