Position Summary:

This role is based in our facility in Pennsylvania and is tasked with orchestrating recruitment initiatives, which encompass candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and managing the offer process. The incumbent will ensure that staffing requirements are fulfilled, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle while adopting a proactive strategy to identify suitable candidates. This position will also involve collaboration with external organizations such as educational institutions, trade schools, and workforce development entities to attract top talent, ensuring that the candidate experience reflects our core values. Occasional travel may be necessary to engage with other Amphenol sites and participate in job fairs to promote our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for all professional roles.
  • Proactively oversee requisitions and maintain a strong talent pool.
  • Establish and nurture effective partnerships with internal leadership.
  • Ensure the organization is perceived as an employer of choice throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop precise and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Evaluate resumes, coordinate phone interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Monitor candidate applications and suggest additional resources to enhance job postings.
  • Work alongside hiring managers and HR personnel during the offer stage, discussing salary ranges, incentives, and other relevant details.
  • Promote diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of current experience in professional-level talent acquisition; PHR and/or CSP certification is a plus.
  • A blend of agency and corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation techniques.
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is required.
