Position Summary:
The Field Lead position is responsible for driving growth within the Hisense retail footprint. Responsibilities include multi-unit territory management, promoting advocacy towards products, and working as a mentor and lead to your peers. Product category will range from consumer electronics to home appliances. This position reports to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned market of retail locations and ensure that products are properly displayed, merchandised, and compliant.
Facilitate local and occasional out-of-market training initiatives. This includes store trainings, district and regional events, and national tradeshow events.
Develop and maintain an excellent rapport within stores to drive a strong retail sentiment and maximized sell through of the Hisense brand.
Assist with the coaching and development of team new hires. Conduct coaching sessions, mentoring, and in market ride-a-longs. Requires occasional overnight travel.
Assist with leadership market visits to ensure efficient alignment and compliance within region and/or high priority areas.
What it Takes to ROC This Role:
Demonstrated abilities to drive sales and influence with a national retailer, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2-4 years of proven experience in a comparable territory management or retail role.
Coaching and leadership experience.
Excellent time management ability and self-discipline to work both independently and as a team.
Create a culture of integrity that drives great customer satisfaction for both the brand and our retail partners.
Must have reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must have the physical ability to lift, carry, and move large boxes, or equipment. This may also include appliances.
Must be able to work during holiday seasons and occasional weekends.
Ability to use technology to record your work and time.
Must be able to travel within an assigned territory.
