Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination: Plan and coordinate all on and off-center work-based learning sites for students, ensuring seamless integration with our academic and career technical training programs.
- Employer Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local employers, securing paid and unpaid work-based learning sites for our students.
- Student Support: Work closely with career technical training instructors to ensure students are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their work-based learning experiences.
- Tracking and Accountability: Maintain accurate records of student work-based learning hours, employer feedback, and site evaluations.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and employers, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in program management and direction, with a strong background working with youth.
