About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work-Based Learning Specialist to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. As a Work-Based Learning Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating work-based learning activities for our students, ensuring they gain valuable skills and experience in their chosen career paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Plan and coordinate all on and off-center work-based learning sites for students, ensuring seamless integration with our academic and career technical training programs.
  • Employer Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local employers, securing paid and unpaid work-based learning sites for our students.
  • Student Support: Work closely with career technical training instructors to ensure students are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their work-based learning experiences.
  • Tracking and Accountability: Maintain accurate records of student work-based learning hours, employer feedback, and site evaluations.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and employers, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in program management and direction, with a strong background working with youth.
